1. General
   The organizer of this promotion is JT International AG Dagmersellen (JTI), headquartered at Baselstrasse 65, 6252 Dagmersellen, Switzerland.
   The promotion runs from October 15, 2024, to October 20, 2024. Participation in the promotion after this date is not possible.
2. Eligibility
   Eligible participants are all persons who, at the time of participation, are smokers, vapers, or consumers of nicotine, have reached the age of 18, and have their main residence in Switzerland.
   Employees of JTI, participating agencies, promotional partners, their partners, and family members living in the same household are excluded from participation.
3. Participation Mechanism and Prize
   Participants are those who:
   • Like the Instagram post of October 15, 2024, on @ploom_ch,
   • Follow @ploom_ch on Instagram, and
   • Comment why they want a ticket.
   Winners will be drawn among all participants at the end of the promotion.
4. Prizes
   Participants can win the following prizes in this promotion:
   • 2x2 tickets for the Ohlala Show Party in Zurich on October 25, 2024*
     *Gregory Knie Entertainment AG is not a sponsor of this promotion.
     Each participant can win only one prize.
     JTI reserves the right to add, remove, or replace prizes with others of equal value.
5. Winner Communication
   a. Winners will be contacted via Instagram Direct Message (DM) after the promotion ends. Winners are asked to provide their contact details (first and last name, date of birth, and email address) via DM. If the winner does not provide the requested details within 24 hours, the prize claim expires, and a new winner will be drawn. The contact details will be deleted within three months after the promotion ends.
6. Exclusion from the Promotion
   If it turns out that a participant provided false information, created multiple Instagram accounts, or otherwise manipulated the promotion (technical manipulation), JTI reserves the right to exclude the participant. Any prizes won will be void. Additionally, JTI may delete any user accounts associated with JTI websites and deny future access.
7. Responsibility and Liability
   There is no cash payment. Legal recourse is excluded, and no correspondence will be conducted.
   This promotion is not affiliated with Instagram (Facebook Inc.) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or organized by Instagram. Instagram is released from all liability.
   Participation in the promotion and the use/redeeming of a prize is at the participant’s own risk. JTI is not responsible for any costs or expenses incurred in connection with this promotion. JTI is not liable for any losses or damages suffered by participants in connection with this promotion, whether during participation or prize redemption.
8. Data Protection
   JTI processes the personal data provided by participants according to applicable data protection laws. The primary purpose of the data processing is the execution of this promotion. JTI may also link the provided data to the existing user profile and process it according to the website’s terms of use.
9. Modifications
   JTI reserves the right to modify or terminate this promotion and/or these terms and conditions at any time without notice. JTI is free to decide on any modified continuation of the promotion.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
    Swiss law applies to these terms and conditions; the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
