The consumer promotion is organised by JT International AG Dagmersellen (JTI).

The promotion is open to all smokers, vapers or nicotine consumers over the age of 18 at the time of participation and with a main registered residence in Switzerland.

The consumer promotion runs from March 1 to June 30 2024. Participation in the consumer promotion is no longer possible after this date unless JTI extends the duration of the consumer promotion.

Purchase with registration of the consumer:

JTI is running a consumer promotion at selected points of sale. During the promotional period, consumers can scan a QR code provided by the point of sale. This code redirects consumers to the registration website for Ploom. After the successful and complete registration (i.e. registration of personal data, verification of email address and subsequent presentation of the QR code to register the device), the consumer will receive 1 x Ploom Starter Kit, 4 x tasting packs of their choice and a voucher for a front panel on ploom.ch. Consumers may only make use of this promotion a single time per person.

Purchase without registration of the consumer:

If the consumer decides not to register on ploom.ch, they will also receive 4 tasting packs of their choice at the selected points of sale as well as 1 Ploom Starter Kit. Consumers may only make use of this promotion a single time per person.

These conditions of participation may be modified by JTI at any time. The corresponding entry in the database is decisive and determining for the legitimacy of a QR code.

Participation in the consumer promotion does not give rise to any legal entitlement. The organiser's decision is final. No correspondence shall be entered into.

JTI reserves the right to exclude consumers from the consumer promotion if it transpires that consumers have registered with incorrect data or have manipulated the consumer promotion in any other way. If it transpires that consumers are trying to create or have created several user accounts in connection with the consumer promotion, the website operators reserve the right to exclude these participants from the consumer promotion, and any benefits gained as a result shall be null and void. Such cases may result in the immediate deletion of the corresponding account(s) and the exclusion of the user from use of the Ploom website.

Substantive Swiss law applies to these conditions of participation. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Lucerne, Switzerland.
