Products ordered are delivered by post. Deliveries are limited to Switzerland. Deliveries abroad are not possible.
Confirmed orders are usually delivered to the address specified in the order confirmation. If the user is not present when the delivery arrives, the products ordered are left in the mailbox if possible. If this is not possible, the user receives a notification asking them to collect the item from the post office. The order is not valid and cannot be refunded if the parcel is not picked up from the post office within the specified period. JTI is free to dispose of products that are not collected from the post office and returned to the sender. However, the user may request re-delivery of products of the same type and quantity, provided they are in stock, by paying in advance the costs of return and re-delivery.
After receiving the delivery, the consumer has 48 hours to submit a complaint if the products received do not correspond to the order. Once this period has expired, the products are deemed accepted.
Product orders worth at least CHF 25.00 do not incur any shipping costs. Orders of less than CHF 25.00 incur shipping costs of CHF 6.95.
Orders are generally delivered within two working days. However, the delivery time may vary depending on circumstances. It is not possible to select an exact delivery time or to request a specific delivery date.
No deliveries are made on Sundays or national and cantonal holidays.
